For reasons of privacy, I choose not to share my contact information online. Rest assured, I check messages frequently and will be sure to reply at my earliest convenience.

Please include your reason for booking, as well as some days and times that would work best for our first session. I work with most of my clients in the comfort of their homes. If you are concerned about having enough space or maintaining a relaxing atmosphere, let’s chat about other options for our work together.

Intake

I ask that all new clients complete a brief health history and release form before we begin. I will email this form to you so you can complete it before your first appointment. Alternatively, you are welcome to fill out a hard copy at the start of our session.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24hrs in advance of our original appointment time. For cancellations within 24hrs of a scheduled appointment, I charge a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is waived in case of illness, injury, or inclement weather.

Health & Safety 

If you are feeling unwell, please contact me to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. At this time, I have no masking requirements for clients, though I often wear a mask myself when working. I am always careful to keep my sheets and equipment clean and tidy to prevent the spread of illness.
