I ask that all new clients complete a brief health history and release form before we begin. Download it here to fill it out ahead of time, or wait and fill out a hard copy when you arrive for your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24hrs in advance of our original appointment time. You may also cancel or reschedule your appointment via my online scheduler.

For cancellations within 24hrs of a scheduled appointment, I charge a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is waived in case of illness, injury, or inclement weather.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the original appointment cost.

If you are feeling at all unwell, please contact me to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. At this time, I have no masking requirements for clients, though I am happy to wear a mask myself when working upon request. You are welcome to wear one also.

I use a sliding scale to help make my work accessible to as many people as possible. The middle tier is the standard rate. The lower tier is the supported rate, there for those who need it. The higher tier is the supporter rate, which supports those who pay at the lower tier. Please choose the amount that best fits your economic ability.

For Prop Empowered Yoga Group Class, I offer a sliding scale of $5-$30 per person per class. Please pay any amount within that range when you arrive at the studio.

I currently accept cash, check, and Venmo.

If my studio is inaccessible to you, I am happy to offer house calls for massage, reflexology, and private yoga at no additional cost, up to a 25min drive. 

If my studio is accessible to you but you would still prefer a house call, an additional charge of $25 will be gratefully accepted. 

Please note: I do not offer house calls for 30min stand alone sessions. If you would like a 30min house call, consider joining up with a friend or two who would book a session directly before or after you at the same location.
